Your address sets weekly cost, guest capacity and (for Lagos homes) the price to buy outright. Cheapest start: Face-me-I-face-you in Mushin at ₦420 / week.
When is rent due?
The game checks rent when the in-game day rolls into Saturday. If your wallet covers it, payment is automatic. If not, you get a sapa moodlet and landlord palava in the log. Owned homes are never charged.
Moving and buying
- Moving into a rented home needs one week’s rent as a deposit in your wallet.
- Buying costs 104 weeks of rent (two years paid at once). Example: Mushin ₦43,680; Banana Island mansion ₦27,040,000.
- Furniture moves with you; pieces that do not fit are pulled back into the home’s grid.
